No political agitation allowed
Political silence for one day in America, that's what the rules of every election supports. One day, in order to allow people to think about their favorite candidate, in order to choose the better proposed statements from the candidates. People have voted yet, using their right (even from different countries) to choose the future President. On the one hand, all the americans are waiting for the results, on the other hand the whole world is waiting to see who will win this fight.
The United States presidential election of 2008, scheduled for Tuesday November 4, 2008, will be the 56th consecutive quadrennial United States presidential election and will select the President and the Vice President of the United States.
The Republican Party has chosen John McCain, the senior United States Senator from Arizona as its nominee; the Democratic Party has chosen Barack Obama, the junior United States Senator from Illinois, as its nominee. The Libertarian Party has nominated former Congressman Bob Barr, the Constitution Party has nominated pastor and radio talk show host Chuck Baldwin, and the Green Party has nominated former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. Ralph Nader declined to seek the Green Party nomination and is running as an independent candidate.
It is notable that for the first time in US history, when an African American is a presidential nominee for a major party.
I'm not that deep in politics, but I watched on youtube some videos with both of the canditates and I would be more confident in Obama. He was more serious and appropriate. Ok, so, no matter who will be the winner, let's hope he will lead us to a peaceful and to a full of well-beign world.
